Hey BP community, I’ve been continually listening to videos online about investing while I am at work. I am planning and preparing so I can purchase a 4-plex in a little over a year, just want to know if any of you have some YouTuber recommendations outside of BP. 

I am looking to learn more specifically about deal analysis, multi-family properties, house hacking, and section 8 renting.

 Great! Out of all the YouTubers and videos I have watched I’ve never heard of any of them besides the BP page and Graham Stephan.

Thank you for your input! Going to look into the people you mentioned while I am at work tomorrow, can’t wait till next year comes, can only be so prepared for it though haha
