Hey, my name is Gavin and I am a highly motivated beginner wholesaler in the Brevard County Florida area. I am looking to make some connections near me and perhaps even some partnerships. I love this field so far and real estate is what I'm passionate about. I have all of the drive to be successful in this business and I have finally taken action. I encourage you to reach out if you are in or around the Brevard Florida area and in the real estate business. I look forward to hearing from all of you and taking on this journey with all I have. I am not delusional about the amount of work this will take but I am extremely excited to be starting. I already got my first property under contract after only 5 days of calling but as I am looking more into it I think I may have made a few mistakes. @Priscilla Z. has hosted an experience group in the past that specializes on wholesaling…I hope she responds for a time and place.

CFRI Central Florida is the larger group, with classes offered. I am on their email list.  The Brevard Chapter meets tonight the 18th and tonight’s topic is “Ins and Outs of Insurance in a Changing Market”. At 5 Rosa L Jones Drive in Cocoa.  $10 entrance for non-members.
