There is risk to the demographic areas they primarily go into so the banks won’t give you the same terms as a pharmacy or restaurant with a drive up.Cap rates are inversely related to lease term and quality of the tenant.  

The house is in a neighborhood where medical, nursing, pharmacy students rent.

There is a hospital and pharmacy etc.We do gangbuster business here.

I work in pharmacy, and you're probably right about making more money in this field.

It was a old building run down and the city purchased it and fixed it up using TIF and then gave it to a Pharmacy owner. 

So when that one car is out and they're low on food or medication, being able to walk to a supermarket or pharmacy is huge.

I recently graduated pharmacy school and am working as a pharmacist.
