Hello, my name is Aaron Haynes. I currently have 2.5 rental SFR here in New Mexico that I also manage. 2 of these were foreclosures that I was essentially much of the labor and the project manager for. I recently graduated pharmacy school and am working as a pharmacist. I specifically requested to work part-time when I got hired to make room for other interests such as real-estate which is a passion of mine. I'm open for any good deal. I've been doing a bunch of research on multi-family, AirBnB and off-market properties. I'm looking to connect with anyone that I could contribute value to. I've listened to almost 100 of the BiggerPockets podcasts, I've read a few real-estate books. I'm ready to move on to the next project
