I now run a farm and still work in pharmacy. 

We'd get them printed monthly and once a month would go to Newark to pick up truckloads of bundles of new books, which I then delivered to grocery stores, pharmacies, etc as my father pulled up in front of the stores.

We stayed downtown one time and I was stunned to see armed guards in a CVS like pharmacy and in a grocery store a few miles away.

They've built a second campus to accommodate nursing and pharmacy students. 

I do like some Dollar tree conversions from older pharmacy stores in good locations.

I just graduated from pharmacy school in 2023 and have been working as a pharmacist since.

However the PM  (LSI) did not have a local office, but they had a payment plan via CVS Pharmacy where the tenant could pay cash at CVS, I know it sounds crazy.Also,  as I questioned the PM, the ledger changed.

So, active duty military, big pharmacy salesman, contractor, or just a traveling trust fund kid, where you are gone the majority of each year but still consider “x-city” to be your primary home/place of return, you’ll be stripped of your license.

Is there anyone who has experience leasing to a compounding pharmacy?
