South Lake Tahoe has it's own MLS, South Tahoe Association of Realtors MLS (STAR), and I would suggest working with an agent that is affiliated with that MLS as they will be more current on the rules.

For those very reasons is why I like performing notes and for the investor to hook up with a company that is in the business of originating good solid performing notes like @Don Konipol and or some other affiliated companies.. we never run out of notes so when one pays off you roll into a like kind note in a matter of days..

Most are affiliates.While brokers are typically required to hold state licenses and act as fiduciaries, affiliates are simply representatives.

I admit that the allure of interest-only payment to drive insane profitability from cash flows is attractive; however, I don't see a standard process that the lender follows, but it may just be the affiliate/broker representing them who isn't very formal.

We don't recommend that but were watching closely more fore science :) The automation with Turno and Schlage encodes is by far the biggest help plus it gets a little discount on the property consolidation with Pricelabs.
