@Matt OwenHere's were your physically going to have to go down to the county court house: 1215 Truxton Ave. 1st Floor.With the decedents case number to access the file, everything pertaining to the property will be displayed: NOD, NOT, current appraisal of the property, creditor claims etc...If there is a medical claim depending how large it is, this is going to have to paid as well.

He said that he lives so frugal now and has always, the investing he did was just to make sure that if anything ever came up with needing to pay for something he would be able to pay for it (i.e. medical bills, car bills, or anything else).
