I'm asking for recommendations for agents in Pittsburgh that have experience working with investors.

I'm unsure if it's a common thing for agencies to constantly have job ads posted regardless of the actual need for new agents?

We focus on larger parcels for Ag., Rec., and investment, but also do SFH in rural markets.

Louis and also have great referrals for agents who specialize in investment sales.

Also looking for agents in the area such as yourself to connect with.

I was just curious, is it common for agents to use wholesalers as a resource for their clients? 

To give an update, I decided to get my brokers license (title for agent in WA) and was able focus hard and secure a position at a desirable firm 6 weeks from the date I started my coursework. 

No standard: depends on several factors: owner occupied / or not; credits for age of the roof; age of the property; wind protection (e.g. impact glass; shutters; or neither), etc.
