Hi all, I’m looking for my next turnkey deal. I do not have time to work on a property (or even fly out for closing, etc). But I come to the table with a 20% down payment, a pre-approval, and a little experience with investing. Anybody know agents in St. Louis I can connect with to find my next deal?
