I started out listening to the Pod Casts and ended up on this great site. My name is Jon Filarsky and I live near Hudson Wisconsin. I work as a land sales agent for a real estate company that specializes in such. We focus on larger parcels for Ag., Rec., and investment, but also do SFH in rural markets. I became interested in real estate investing about four years ago and ended up gravitating towards it. My goal is to acquire more investment properties and eventually own a large and productive piece of Ag. / Rec land for myself. The end game is, of course, a solid stable of passive income and I am working towards that. I would always be open to new ideas, partnerships, or connecting with like-minded people. I am also a veteran of two deployments to Iraq serving this great nation.
