Hey! I'm asking for recommendations for agents in Pittsburgh that have experience working with investors. I'm a buy and hold investor looking to buy in the Pittsburgh area.

Thank you all (yinz) very much.

I've had a great experience working with Ian Hoover and Deacon Hoover Real Estate advisors (https://dhrea.com). Ian helped me with 4 properties last year and he was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, and experienced with invesent properties and the Pittsburgh market.  And he's got great contacts, I usually contact him first for recommendations for insurance, banks, subcontractors, etc.
