To their credit, modern refrigerant systems use really high pressures, so if you do have a leak, they typically "bleed out" really fast, so some guys basically just check that it's working.

You might want also have a "Move In/Out Checklist" of the units from walls, carpets, toilets, sink, refrigerator, etc along with pictures when they're moving and pictures when they're moving out.
