Are telephone (landline) outlets still being installed?

@David Detweiler - it’s likely different state by state, but I know in mass one of the additional “hassles” would be having to install a sprinkler system as part of the fire prevention system.  

It's very easy and quick to install,  it comes in every Style  and color imaginable,  and it's very affordable... all on top of being  very durable  especially for rentals

I installed a ductless 2200 BTU Gree split system in March 2017 in an 800 square foot unit in warm and sunny Los Angeles. 

The basement has a separate entrance and bathroom has already been installed what other changes I need to make it legal.

The outside a/c unit has been cut off and stolen, so new a/c install and external paint and windows to replace the broken ones that have plywood over.

The thing about violation notices is that they can result in requiring permits to remove the thing that was installed without permits.

Both fences installed years before I bought the property.
