Hey I feel like Florida is  one of the prime places to be at the moment in the single family residence space and wondered if there is a 'Master Mind alliance' for same, to use Napoleon Hill's term.   

Hello BP Family,I was wondering if there are any other people out there in the Clarksville, TN market that would be interested in joining a mastermind group.

I'd love to get together some investors, loggers, etc and create some sort of mastermind/ virtual conference on this, but not really sure how to identify all the right parties. 

I wanted to share a very quick and small tip that I realized last year after attending a couple mastermind style events.

I myself have spent over 100k on coaching and mastermind groups.

I started a Master Mind group here in Denver with @Jon Hill, my wife was running her business which once I left Public Accounting we transitioned to Business Coaching and Accounting Services in one with a focus on New Business Owners, and have been doing a Live and Flip! 

Start applying for jobs, apply for mentorships/masterminds, or just do your own self education (much cheaper).

I have created a mastermind group specifically for young aspiring real estate investors.

That more than likely means rents are low compared to the market.If you're looking for some good guidance on underwriting in general, consider getting into a mastermind program, or even DM'ing some successful investors who have worked with that kind of asset.

Wichita BP’ers I would like to get a Real Estate Mastermind Group (I focus on buy and hold, rentals) together during the week in the morning preferably T or Th mornings at 7:30am, East Side (maybe Panera on Rock Road), would anyone be interested?
