Calling all young aspiring real estate investors! My name is Dan, and I'm a high school business teacher in Denver, CO. I have created a mastermind group specifically for young aspiring real estate investors. We currently have over 30 members and they range in age from 15 to 21 years old. Typically, this group is for anyone in that age range who has not yet bought their first property but hopes to do so in the near future. We collaborate in a Slack group and also meet once a week on a Zoom call. It's 100% free and no strings attached. It's full of some amazing young go-getters from all across the country (and Canada) who I'm sure will be changing the world someday soon.
