I visited the up-and-coming area by the beach (aka the 4-5 blocks) one night and loved it, and some properties west of the track are sufficiently close to the beach in my opinion.

Lamont,I am looking at the exact same thing but in palm beach county - just two days ago I got the following quote from Chase...30 yr. note - 5.375% with 20% down and -.375 in pts. for up to 250k total purchase or 200k loan. 

Since things happened unexpectedly and sooner than we planned for, we are trying to figure out what to do with our place here in Imperial Beach.
