Relatively new real estate investor in Virginia Beach

Hello everyone! I found the podcast about 6 months ago and haven't stopped listening since! I'm currently in California but moving back to Virginia Beach in June. My wife and I plan to start flipping houses and investing in multi-family properties, using as much of the advice from this great community as possible. We're interested in meeting like-minded people (anywhere, not just Virginia!) and potentially meeting up (and hosting a few...) to share stories and have great discussions.
