I would say you’re actually pretty spot on in your assessment of the Indy metro areas.

Guests typically only use their suitcase anyways, Dressers are also a great spot for guests to leave items behind that the host has to then deal with. 

Howwever I noticed that low spot behind the home is wet and mushy. 

Now those people move to the outer parts of Miami, cause the richest of the rich pay cash for the nicest spots.
