Mortgage Market Outlook

Hey guys,

I am curious on your outlook on the mortgage market after yesterday's FED rate pause and outlook on the future. I am in a tough spot. My finance and I are ready to purchase a SFH and rent out the condo we currently own and live in. We would be pulling out a HELOAN in order to get into the next house, but I am currently debating, if we should make the jump on a home now and refi in a year or two? Also, I am worried if we wait that next year rates will be in the 8%. I know there is no certain outcome on the markets for this question, but I I want some of your thoughts on what is to happen and if it is worth it.

My finance and I are pre approved and ready to rock if the time and home is right.

Jaime R.
