You can sell some or all your property, then short the market until it capitulates haha you will double your money that way, if there's sigma three recession in Q3/Q4, everything will be dropped anyway, then you buy again from bottom, either stock or real estate, you could probably buy bitcoin from $100 :) real estate if it really crashed that bad, has 15-20% room to go back to the right valuation (without inflation-adjusted).
