They are so good I became exclusive distributor in Germany where I come from and because they are the only locks that have a keypad, cloud smart phone access, and very importantly, when all goes wrong, a key.

Hi Bill, I recently signed up for Tenant Cloud after looking at a lot of the same options that you did.  

In that, I would say the PM software needs to offer the following major features in today's market:- cloud based- mobile friendly - full accounting capabilities for Schedule E taxes (both per property and in aggregate) - So we don't have to use Quickbooks too.

Emotions always cloud decisions and will very rarely produce results better than non emotion based decision.

@Eric James One other lesson I've learned along the way is to keep your overhead down.When things get slow, that big monthly nut stays the same, eating away at your reserves without pity.More and more brokerages operate solely in the cloud because technology allows it and clients expect it.
