Too many landlord software options??? Which one to choose.
I currently use no software. We have 12 units (six duplexes), and have been flying by the seat of our pants for two years. I know...not very smart. Things need to change. My question is this. With literally dozens of software choices, ranging from free to fairly expensive, what would be a good option for someone with out any practical experience using them? I've seen the list on BP of about thirty choices and have looked at many websites from that list. Of course, they all say how great they are, but what is the truth?
I like the idea of having accounting integrated into the landlord software, like a Buildium type system.
Would appreciate any thoughts and insights. Looking to start 2019 off in a new direction.
Bill

I like RENTEC DIRECT.
I find it easy to use and understand. I have 11 units and it works nicely. The free version may be all you need.
