@Luka Milicevic - Good point and it's widely known that as humans, we are prone to errors. 

At the end of the day we are all human and having a dream is the one thing you want to make a reality. 

You can take a look at what is under the carpet that way.Habitat for Humanity often has old wood flooring in decent shape.

Some times it can be very hard to adhere to the rules-the contract, (because we are human, we do have a heart)  but you must adhere to the Lease Agreement no matter what.!

Humanities, arts, business are all a waste of time and money, and many people (myself included), are only finding this out too late (unless you want to be a desk jockey for some big corporation).
