Breaking Out to Success

It is a pleasure to write my first post to the BP World, 

I am interested in multifamily rental properties.

The most important and invaluable thing in this world is time, because 1) you can get it back and 2) I’m not trying to waste yours.

To tell you the truth I am a recent college student who just graduated. I have been learning a lot about real estate investing. I know it is not easy, but I am whiling to put in the work to be successful. I am not someone who thinks it’s all diamond and roses, I know it’s a process and that’s what I love. I am a man of action and don’t like to waste time. I am a fan of just getting out and doing something rather than talking about it.

I wanted to connect and network to find out if there are investors here in Daytona Beach, Florida. Now i am not looking for a hand out. I simply want to pay my dues to learn anything I can. If I have to sweep the floor with a tooth brush just for one word of advice, then I guess ill be doing the whole complex to put together a sentence. The more units the better.  

I just graduated and I was a great student athlete, now I want to use that competitive spirit and become a student in real estate. With the BP family's help you can make a dream come true. At the end of the day we are all human and having a dream is the one thing you want to make a reality.
