We do value add, so we think people like to watch the property transform and hear how that translates to increased NOI.As you know hold time varies from deal do deal.

Like anywhere else, I guess one would need to have the local knowledge to determine which properties are genuinely undervalued and which ones should be avoided.

I am long past the point of it hurting my feelings or getting upset but I genuinely am curious as to their train of thought.

If you are a Broker, be careful not to disclose more information than you legally have to...because people's eyes light up, usually, when they hear someone is a broker and not "just an agent" (which just transformed you from a average shark to a shark on steroids, it seems in the eyes of some sellers).
