Single-family residence fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $1,600,000
Cash invested: $400,000
This was a total demolition due to a faulty foundation. We are Beginning demolition in April, to start construction early June. This is an exciting project- we are creating a fully customizable, luxury estate, worth well over 4M once fully built.

My business partners are always looking for an opportunity- this one was an amazing one to grab!

I found it by searching the MLS. I negotiated by representing the best price, and terms, for my clients.
How did you finance this deal?
Private equity loan.
How did you add value to the deal?
I found it, and won it. Now I am marketing it, and listing it later this year, using all my resources available to me.
