BTW: There's not one professional kitchen using Electricity - - they are all gas.Here in Calif, there was a craz (promoted by SCE) for the 'all electric home' and these ALL bring lower prices - - electricity costs more than gas AND the conversion from electric to BTU is poor efficiency. 

There were a couple of characters promoting this play a few years ago and pissed off the judges to the point that we can't utilize the laws now when we really need them.

A lot of folks promote the 401k loan like it is cheap and easy money.  

I asked a question and she was able to answer the question and went to someone to get answers she did not have.I think QuestIRA was offering no account fee set up but that may have been a promotion as they had fees when I looked them over.I have a traditional-Ira and a ROTH-Ira and the ROTH has the same guidelines as any other wherein you can contribute up to the IRS mandated amount per year.

Hi Holt,I don't normally promote myself through BP but I'm actively involved with a lot of investors here in town and have rentals myself and also know how to cherry pick good deals and run numbers.

I should also say that I find a thread promoting Atlanta, from a real estate agent in Atlanta, to be a rather ethically dubious form of advertising.
