Hi BP!

I am currently in search of a Real Estate Agent for the Charlotte, NC area.  Does anyone have any recommendations or agents (preferably one with an investor mindset) that they have had good experiences with in the past?

Right now, I am mainly looking for a buy and hold rental property in the Charlotte and surrounding areas.

I appreciate the recommendations ahead of time!

I don't normally promote myself through BP but I'm actively involved with a lot of investors here in town and have rentals myself and also know how to cherry pick good deals and run numbers.
