We have been doing pretty well so far in our buy and hold business and my wife is interested in starting a business selling LuLaRue, a clothing business. It have the same format as Avon, Monat etc. where the owner is selling and promoting goods to mostly their friends and social media followers. My concern is that it is a $7,000 upfront investment and not even half of it is in sellable inventory. The margins are over 50% which is good but I am a little apprehensive to dive in. Anyone have experience with these kinds of business models?
