In NH you cannot evict folk's for non payment of rent while the state has Covid relief funds.

Last year, we had a tenant leave, while trying to scam rent relief-- who over 4 years, we waived quite a few late fees, worked with her, had a very positive/easy/happy tenant relationship. 

Quick math here will tell you that total that is $4.1 trillion in economic relief.

She mentioned both covid relief and then DSS being to ones who ordered the home inspection.I'm trying to figure out how this process works before calling DSS and asking questions.

Limiting the age to 30 would only lose me a few bookings at this place, and I'd gladly trade that for the relief....
