Geode Pratt Plumbing Question - Sinks won't drain

I just had one that had 3 breaks but the bathroom was on the side so they could get to it from the outside and not have to tear up the insides.One thing to do in the future, when I buy a house, I run the water a long time... like an hour, and I flush the toilets like a crazy man.

Sure .... if you wait until  after the first of the month, I'll probably be less distracted ... hardwood stairs yesterday, bathroom (vanity & flush) and kitchen (sink an dishwasher) final plumbing today.

Your choice as I see it is you can either:1 - Speculate on a potential $50k appreciation, all the while losing 7200/year of speculation (on top of the 3600 you've already "flushed" in negative CF), and wait a year for it, or...2 - Cash in now for around $118k, reinvest it now, and I would assume make more than that $50k (actually $42k+/- when you subtract the year of NCF) that you will be losing.Keep moving forward,
