The situation of everyone is different and my problem has been mostly paperwork and no coach or mentor.

I need help with deciding is it worth spending $1500 a month for 6.5 months on a coaching/partnership deal.

For example, one person I am coaching found a 138 unit apartment complex that the rents are way under $1/sqft and it's an opportunity to increase the rents with a light value-add and increase the value significantly.But when I go outside my market, I need to have a preliminary basis on which market to choose and then based on that, which sub-markets and then if there are good deals in those sub-markets.

Can it be done, or do I need a paid coach?

As i am going over the material it seems to me after the training they will present their coaching programs or some sort of program to help jump start your RE investment path with them. the program seemed like it was packed with a lot of info so I thought itll be worth a shot to hear but any tips, pointers or things i should expect when attending these seminars?
