Looking for a mastermind group

hello all. I relocated to the United States from Canada and am looking for a kind soul to help guide a newbie in single-multi family unit rentals investing and wholesaling in the US and later on in Canada. I'm just starting in real estate investing but that's what I truly want to do. I've been binge watching every youtube video on the subject but this can only take me so far.

I'm currently located in Houston, Texas. If you feel you are generous enough to help a fellow colleague in need of changing their life trajectory, please write back and we can connect!

Also, please leave your suggestions of mastermind investing groups that you think I should look into. Ideally, I'm looking for a local group where I could get more education on investing as well as group investment opportunities.
