Looking for a mastermind group

hello all. I relocated to the United States from Canada and am looking for a kind soul to help guide a newbie in single-multi family unit rentals investing and wholesaling in the US and later on in Canada. I'm just starting in real estate investing but that's what I truly want to do. I've been binge watching every youtube video on the subject but this can only take me so far.
