:idea: Hey guys, I've been reading for a while there's great advice that comes through. I'm needing to hook up with a mentor. Alot of time, few (k) to invest, a year of research and ready to get started. I have a substatial amount of preforclosure knowledge, and little rehab knowledge.(If any investors in Arkansas... chime in) Which steps to make to get off the starting line? Thanks for your response!
