I ended up going to college full-time (on a full ride scholarship) at John Carroll University, which is in a suburb of Cleveland, and the part-time job I had at a supermarket at the time was sufficient to qualify for the mortgage, interestingly.

I had one yesterday in Maryland where agents were allowed to go.....I had one last week in MD where the closing took place outdoors.And every closing has been a split closing, with buyers and sellers signing at different days/times. our title companies have converted their conference rooms they have big glass walls up like you see at super markets. big box of pens so you use a brand new on every signing.. of course your hand sanitizer  Mask and some wear gloves as well.Oregon has had on of the lowest covid infection rates.

I think it would rent or sell fast because of the low price and because it's in such a good location (close to Supermarkets, Rockville town center, restaurants, etc)I plan to rent it out once I leave.

I have been looking into areas like Weeksville (near Crown Heights) but one thing that is holding me back is that it is kind of far from shops and restaurants, you are not really within walking distance to popular shops and supermarkets etc.

I'm a new wholesaler in saint Petersburg,fl and I was in publix supermarket the other day and a realtor stopped me and gave me her business card cause she said it was what they had to do daily  give out their business cards I told her I was a realestate investor she said she works with the MLS and buyer and sales WHAT CAN I DO WITH THIS REALTOR AS A  WHOLESALER ASSIGNING CONTRACTS TO BUYERS,DO I NEED HER ON MY TEAM
