Would I be better off reading up a lot and starting my business after college make more sense, than perhaps getting involved in an MBA program?

My wife used to laugh at me because I did my first one about a year after finishing my MBA.

My name is Rick Reeves and I am originally from Michigan, but now reside in Colorado Springs, CO.Background:  I have an engineering and computer background along with an MBA I've never really used. 

I say compute as my CPA also computes and files for me as a double check.I have an experience once where my CPA left his practice and thought I knew enough to do it myself, as I have a MBA in finance, and didn't have one for several years.

I have an entire three paragraph essay that I send to those people to discuss it.

If you're leaving a job delivering Domino's pizza, spending 6 months finishing an MBA and going to work as a financial analyst somewhere else, I'd say get the loan now, but I might not say that if you bought the property for $200k and now it's worth $160 and the area is declining - then I might say just sell the place.

Thnks mike castellow, i have done MBA from Pakistan, yes I have not completed the course requirements for realtor yet but wanted to know the pros and cons of the real state agent career in San Antonio whether I should opt it or not.
