Hi my name is Dwight I was born and raised in Cincinnati. Left and went to College in Pennsylvania, got my degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and my MBA. Stayed out there and worked for 8 years now I am back. I still know the area but things have change since then. I am not really new to BP but I finally sign up for Pro and getting out of the analysis paralysis stage. With that being said I have read many books and listen to podcast and dip my foot in the water with a JV flip. Now i am ready to jump full in. I want to use this platform for networking and I am hoping to get some tips, advice and knowledge from experienced investors.  I am looking to invest in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area for right now. My strategy  will focus on Buy and Holds in C to B neighborhoods using the BRRRR method.  SFH 3 bed 1 bath min. and (2 - 4) unit properties.  My first goal is to build a portfolio that cash flows  7k a month in five years.  I know that might sound conservative but hopefully I will shatter that goal in that time.

Questions:

1. So what C and B neighborhoods do you like and dislike.

2. Who would you recommend on Property Management in Cincinnati and also Northern Kentucky

3. What is you option on the Cincinnati REIA group, never been just trying to get some insight
