I don't get much from other SoCal, especially San Diego, South Orange County and South Riverside including Palm Desert/Palm Springs which is really my primary focus for investing in res & com RE.In fact most of what I get from BP is primarily in the North & Southeast Coast and the Pacific North West and I'm not interested in doing any type of investing in those areas at this point.

I am going to school full time, and I will be jumping between Glen Cove, New York; Boise; and Rexburg, Idaho.

I live in Glen Allen Va and having be really interested in real estate since I was a kid and now taking a dive right into it.

Theres a real good meet up in Riverside once a month at the Mission Inn called the "Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club", usually on a wednesday night later in the month.  

(Cambrian, Almaden, Willow Glen, Evergreen). 

New cabinets granite counters are on order, hall bath and master bath are completely gutted and full remodels with relocating the washer/dryer out of the bathroom allowing us to expand the master shower, more pics to be coming soon.....House #2 ( Riverside home)This project will be a very fun project to track on BP as I have teamed up with a fellow BP member from all the way across the country in California that I met through the forums here.

That said there are multiple people rehabbing and flipping the wrecks of sawgrass for fun and profit.I'd recommend living in PV and sending your kids to the best in Florida pv high school but for rentals and flips look in southside, Riverside and San Marco.
