Hello All,

My name is Clifton Mallory I am new to real estate and Bp. I live in Glen Allen Va and having be really interested in real estate since I was a kid and now taking a dive right into it. For now I'm interested in wholesale to earn some quick cash to build my stability then after that hoping to doing some fix an flips, and rental properties. I'm here to learn as much as possible about real estate and investing and hopefully make my dreams of a successful investing business a reality.

@Clifton Mallory welcome! I grew up in Northern Virginia and have successful real estate family members in your area dealing with mostly luxury real estate and development. However, there are a lot of opportunities in your neck of the woods! I am happy to see that being new to Real Estate you are diving into the back end of things and digging deeper into investments! I started my real estate career very young and we optimistically ignorant to what opportunities were available. After I dabbled in regular residential real estate, I jumped ship to investment, turn key, and portfolio development. Great opportunities!
