EXPERIENCED PRO MEMBERS. What has been your experience as a PRO?

I'm considering upping my membership to a BP PRO and would like to know first hand from BP PRO members only about whether or not you feel you think it's a benefit. If so why? If not why?

@Troy Fisher, Isn't one of the benefits of being a PRO to be able to advertise? Curious about the "SECRET FORUM". Can you elaborate somewhat? Or is it that secret? What do you mean by "market place listings?" Just more Zillow and Trulia type listings or something better?

The Market Place is available here.  You can browse but not post.  If you are a wholesaler or a lender or some other type of vendor you can post in there and would be worth it.

You get to have a logo in your signature which could help drive awareness, and I think at one time you had to be a member to have a video introduction on your profile?

Other benefits are listed here.

The SECRET FORUM.  Like Fight Club, the first rule of Secret Forum is not to talk about secret forum.  But let's just say there's an initiation, secret handshake, and an annual secret conference.  This picture was smuggled out; "Guard it carefully, many Bothans died trying to obtain it..."
