I was just browsing a couple of turnkey sites, and I noticed something strange - the same property is listed on both sites.  

I browsed Zillow last night and looked at a few properties but didn't see anything special cash flow wise.

Set up keyword alerts for Massachusetts or browse through members that live there and check out where they are.Yes as Dustin said you can search lead list sites for properties bought for cash and that will also give you a good idea where investors are. 

I've been browsing around the website and it's a wealth of knowledge. 

Larger screen will be good for browsing the web when I'm in the field. 

Hi RogerI was just having a quick browse on Real Pockets and thought I would say a quick hello and wish you a Merry Christmas.

And that same friend, who has a little more (working) Real Estate experience than me, suggested that I become apart of the  "Bigger Pockets" community.After browsing the sight and reading some of the articles, and blog post, I am looking forward to furthering my education and understanding of this very lucrative field.Until we connect again...may we ALL have "Bigger Pockets!!!!"
