Greetings,

I am happy to be a new member of the "Bigger Pockets" community! Most of my adult life (I'm 52 years young) I have always wanted to know more about personal, multi-unit and commercial Real Estate from the perspective of learning how to generate income from low or no money investing, flipping and buy and hold Real Estate concepts. Recently, a friend and I embarked upon an opportunity for me to have my 1st experience at investing and possibile homeownership. Unfortunately, because I didn't have enough information about what I was doing exactly, the deal did not go through and I/we lost the earnest money.

Needless to say, that was a (costly) lesson learned. However, I/we are not giving up. And that same friend, who has a little more (working) Real Estate experience than me, suggested that I become apart of the  "Bigger Pockets" community.

After browsing the sight and reading some of the articles, and blog post, I am looking forward to furthering my education and understanding of this very lucrative field.

Until we connect again...may we ALL have "Bigger Pockets!!!!"

Ifayomi (pronounced EE-fah-YO-me)
