New Member From Colorado/Northern Minnesota

Hi. 

My name is Tyson and I just want to introduce myself as a new member on the forum. I work as a crop duster during the summer in Northern MN and take the winters off living in Colorado for the ski season. 

My girlfriend and I bought our first house last December in Colorado and now we are looking to get into real estate to help achieve financial freedom. We are interested in the "Buy and Hold" technique and will need to use a property management company for our properties for our situation. 

I look forward to learning as much as I can from the community.
