New member looking to move to Minneapolis

Long time reader, my wife and I are looking to move to Minneapolis spring 2017 and house hack a duplex, hopefully doing some smaller renovations along the way and hoping to have the option to sell in 2-3 years or keep as a long term investment.

Thanks everyone! @Scott Swennes long story as short as possible I went to UND and all my good friends are still back in MN so just looking to get up there for a few years for a change of scenerary from AZ. We'be been looking a lot online but really don't know the areas well enough to pick an area yet. I'll be coming up in the next few weeks to drive the areas and hopefully get an idea of a good area to invest in!
