How to find active investors

When I hear that "wholesale in areas that have high investor traffic", I get the point or idea, but how to find or see investor interests in a certain area is my hang up.... Do I look at recent sales in an area and go through which ones were investor property sales?  Any guidance would be appreciated, thank you!

From what I understand you look for properties bought with cash, or where they are held by entities. I'm not a wholesaler, I'm sure one will jump in, but that should get you started. From the ones I've seen it's not easy, not free, and takes more work than the people on tv lead you to believe, enjoy your new business.

Cheers, Dustin
