This is a for sure way to prevent large vacant gaps, but we don't use this strategy because it severely reduces your visibility on Airbnb and other OTAs and could possibly affect your SEO for those sites.2.

Not only can you upload your direct mail, cold calling, texting & past leads to Facebook to stay in front of them and improve your interaction rate but you can track anyone that might be going to your website from SEO, PPC or word of mouth.

Everyone is still cold-calling, texting, using direct mail, PPC, and SEO.  

SEO i snot the only way however,You can also try Facebook ads, and PPC.Obviously, those methods are not free and not as effective as SEO, but infinitely better than lists for sure.Hope this helps.Remember this.

It is THIS why 90% of the people fail at REI.Start telling people that PPC, Facebook ads, SEO, and these PROVEN methods that are way more effective (if done right of course) than cold calling.DMM becomes more useful when you have money.
