I have 40 post cards that were kicked back to me.

I also know of people that have sent- "We Buy Mobile Homes" postcards to all the homes in a park, and they have done very- very- very well with that.

I got about that same with the postcards I sent out.

Hello all,I was looking to start up my mailing campaign and I was curious if anyone had any favorites they liked as far as printing company goes and also places to just buy bulk postcards.It was looking like it would be about 34c apiece to send postcards, 26 for postage (thats what it seemed business prices would be for sending out mass postcards.

It could be a jumbo postcard, I've gotten some that were huge recently.

Its been fun learning about this area of RE investing and plan on sending out some postcards soon and give it a shot.

Its your deal, don't worry I have no one on the ground in Memphis.You have little time, to send post card to cash buyer, you will have to try and contact them by phone.

I had about 500 standard-sized postcards (about 4.25x5in) ready to go, and I was planning on sending those out EDDM-style.

If they owned the property for 10 or 15 years then chances of having equity is greater.Any "yellow letter" message you use can likely fit on a postcard.
