Marketing Strategies for Short Sales

Well, first off - Hi everyone! I'm new to BP and I'm excited to learn more and share my knowledge about Real Estate! :)

I've done a few short sales the last couple years and the pipeline keeps getting weaker. My marketing strategies seem to be less effective. :/

I'm currently using yellow letters, door knocking, post cards, and phone # lookup when possible.

Just curious to see what creative strategies y'all are using to get in touch with motivated sellers.
