Torrance and Carson are established but also have rough patches so I would beware if any home bordering $400k in those cities.  

However, in the local market, the stagers have had a pretty good run of business and their fees are high, bordering astronomical.  

Huy, I live just east of Houston by the Louisiana border and I know out here if you need to check with the municipalities to see if they want you to upgrade to the newer septic systems I know a lot of them do and also the financing just to make sure and if the city has built out to there and has a system ready they will want you to hook to it

It great to see some more local folks from Rochester getting active :D If you're going to be in the South Wedge area this season make sure to check out our window display at 732 South.  

I also like the Hampden/Wads/Kipling area to the South, where Lakewood borders Denver and Littleton.

(I could access my backyard thru this driveway)My deed makes no  reference to the driveway.Thru the city records i found a deed for my property dated 1979 that states, "together with rights in common driveway bordering property on north".This would be the driveway in question. 

I live on the border of Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley.

I would buy as far north and west as possible towards the border of Chamble/Dunwoody.  

Going a little more that direction and over the border the NH Mastermind meeting in Nashua (Next Wed) is very good.  

We got really good deals on Delta display models from a local plumbing supply house that shut down its showroom.
