My name is Clare Velepec. My husband and I are new to real estate investing and are looking for buy and hold rental opportunities. We like rehabbing (we have already rehabbed 3 houses we have lived in) so are looking at distressed properties. I have been lurking on Bigger Pockets for about a month trying to learn as much as possible.
